Good to Know

We will be doing a trial run of unbaked, bake-from-frozen pizzas within the next few weeks. If you have a pizza stone and would like to be a tester, please let us know!

Our sourdough is also available parbaked—baked to 95 percent, vacuum sealed and frozen. Simply defrost it in the packaging overnight, preheat your oven, pop the loaf in for approximately 15 minutes, then cool, slice and enJOY! Your home or cottage will smell delicious, we have all the mess, and you can take all the credit. Several loaves will be available in this format, allowing you to stock up for next week too.

Thanks for supporting this local small business!
